What We Do

You can sign up either directly in the app by clicking create account, or through the website, by clicking create account at the top of this page.

When you sign up in the app, you'll be prompted to choose a subscription option before access. If you sign up through the web and go to Billing on the side bar you can choose you plan there.

All subsciptions are on a monthly rolling basis, and billing will commence on the same day every month. If you billing day is on a Saturday or Sunday your subscription may trigger on the following Monday. If you billing is on the 31st of the month, where that date is not available, you billing date will commence on the 30th.

You can cancel your subscription at any point, or return to our free tier "starter". If you cancel your subscription you can choose for it to terminate at the end of the billing period, or cancel immediately. Regardless of when you would like the subscription to end, there are no refunds once the billing cycle has started, even if you cancel on the same day as the subscription has started. Hier offers 5 subscription options: Starter - 1 Job Post, 25 applicants per post (No additional access). Growth - 5 Job Posts, 100 Applicants per post, 1 Free monthly post boost credits, candidate actions and pipeline management. Pro - 10 Job Posts, Unlimited Applicants per post, 5 Free monthly post boost credits, candidate actions and pipeline management, applicant rating, analytics and in-app messaging. Hier - Unlimited Job Posts, Unlimited Applicants per post, 10 Free monthly post boost credits, candidate actions and pipeline management, applicant rating, analytics and messaging. Hier Pro - All Hier has to offer including Analytics Pro, in-app interview scheduling, onboarding journey and employee management system. You can upgrade at any point to a new tier, when upgrading you will be asked to pay a pro-rata price, to cover the difference of the package for the month, after that the pricing will continue on a monthly basis at the new price.

You can always choose to downgrade your plan, when choosing a lower tier, you will remain on your current plan until the next billing cycle. When the new cycle starts you will automatically renewed on your new plan.

Apple iOS - If you have signed up via the app and choosen a subscription plan within the app, your in app subscription management will be done through Apple. Android and Web Dashboard - If you have signed up through an Android device or through our website through the https://www.dashboard.hierapp.co.uk your subscriptions will be managed by through Stripe. Stripe payments are supported by Hier, and we can help with billing queries. If you have signed up via Apple this will be managed by Apple, and we have limited support. If you are an apple user and wish to move to Stripe, if you cancel your Apple Subscription you can reset your billing by going into your dashboard through -  https://www.dashboard.hierapp.co.uk. To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
